Dr Akhil koundinya Modampuri

Dr. Akhil Koundinya completed his MBBS in 2018 at Narayana Medical College, Nellore, and then went on to finish his MD in Internal Medicine in 2022 at Malla Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad. He has a total of six years of experience since completing his medical education. In his role as consultant general physician he applies scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to diagnose, treat, and provide compassionate care to adults, ranging from healthy individuals to those with complex illnesses. His expertise range from treating chronic illness, lifestyle disorders, infections, rheumatological , endocrine and many other fields of medicine.

• Publicated original article titled “ A clinical study of corrected QT interval in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients” in MRIMS Journal of Health Sciences- 2023.
• Won first place for poster presentation on “A Rare Case of Limited Cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis” in MPAPICON-2019.
• Published an original article “A Study of Lipid Profile in Smokers and Tobacco Chewers and their Correlation with Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) in Intensive Care Unit” in volume 08 Issue 01 January 2020 in Journal of Medical Science and Clinical Research.
• Published an original article “ Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio as Prognostic and Predictor for Severity of Dengue Fever - A Retrospective Observational Study in a Tertiary care centre” in International Archives of Integrated Medicine, volume 08, issue 12, December, 2021.
• Made a paper presentation on “ C- reactive protein as a diagnostic and prognostic marker in patients presenting with acute respiratory symptoms in intensive care unit” at the MPAPICON 2019.
